Strategic Key Account Manager - Aviation (France)
As a sales driven Key Account Manager (KAM) you will develop existing and new solutions from a technical and a commercial perspective in close collaboration with our prospective customers and our technical departments. In this position you will report directly to the Sales Director Aviation in France. As a market and solution orientated KAM you will consolidate existing market-shares and generate new business opportunities. You build excellent relationships with customers on different levels and all relevant functional areas (Design, Purchasing, Engineering, Production, etc.). This includes the evaluation of our sales activities as well as market research to initiate new projects. Initiation, creative development, performance and follow up of the major sales activities as well as profit orientated pricing policies.
We require an educational background in Business Administration or a related field and several years of sales experience ideally in the aviation field or in other technically orientated industries. Additionally you have a good knowledge about technical aspects of coating products and are willing to expand your expertise. Furthermore, this position requires the capability of working independently and a willingness to travel intensively. Excellent presentation skills, written and oral, as well as strong communication skills and above average acquisition abilities are needed. Moreover, you have the ability to find solutions for customer requirements, to bring them into the company´s organization in a timely manner and finally to convince the customer with the result. As KAM you are fluent in both French and English, the competence to speak German or another language is beneficial.
