Technical Service Manager (Southeast Asia)
To strengthen our team in Southeast Asia, we are looking for a dedicated Technical Service Manager for our paint systems in the automotive sector for the earliest possible starting date.
As part of your duties, you will work closely with our affiliated company in Singapore and will be responsible for the development of mainly the Thai market as well as the service for our customers for our paint systems. This includes the evaluation of our sales activities as well as market research to initiate new projects.
This position requires the capability of working independently and a willingness to travel intensively within Thailand and Southeast Asia in general, as well as excellent acquisition abilities. Ideally, you will have several years of experience which, in addition to a sound knowledge of the automotive sector, also includes knowledge of organisational procedures, the peculiarities of these markets and paints. Excellent presentation skills, written and oral, as well as strong communication skills are needed. Your main activities will be in Thailand, ideally you are based in the Bangkok / Pattaya area. Therefore a good command of the English and Thai language is a requirement. Knowledge of Malay, Japanese or further languages would be desirable.
