Key Account Manager Automotive (Greater Detroit Area)

To strengthen our team in the United States, we are looking for a dedicated Key Account Manager - Automotive (Greater Detroit Area).

As a Sales/Account Manager you develop technical and commercial solutions in close collaboration with our prospective customers and our technical department. You build excellent relationships with OEM and related Tier 1 customers on different levels and all relevant functional areas (Design, Purchasing, Engineering, Production, etc.).

We require an educational background in Business Administration or a related field and at least seven years of sales experience in automotive/OEM industry. Additionally you have the desire to learn about technical aspects of coating products. Certainly you have the ability to find solutions for customer wishes, to bring them into the internal organization in a timely manner and finally to convince the customer with the result. Furthermore, we ask for excellent communication skills and besides English, competence of the German and/ or Spanish language.
