The following interesting tasks await you:
- Acquisition of new customers as well as commercial and technical advice and support for our existing customers (including travel)
- Market analysis and observation to identify new trends and developments
- Commercial support for technical product demonstrations to win new projects
- Development of solution-oriented coating systems in close cooperation with potential customers and our technical departments
- Conducting price and contract negotiations
- Processing complaints in close cooperation with the internal departments
- Management of customers and projects using a CRM system
You are an ideal fit for us if you bring the following qualifications:
- Degree with a technical and/or commercial background (e.g. industrial engineering) or corresponding vocational training
- Several years of professional experience in sales of products requiring explanation, ideally in the chemical industry
- High technical affinity as well as solution- and result-oriented representation of customer requirements
- Above-average commitment as an “entrepreneur within the company”
- Solution- and result-oriented representation of customer requirements
- Very good business English; German language skills and/or another language are a plus
- Confident handling of common MS Office applications and the use of CRM software
