Five years ago, Ann-Kathrin – known as “Adde” by her colleagues – began her journey at Mankiewicz.

In 2019, Adde started her training as an Application Technician. In this predominantly male field, she quickly found her place – not in spite of, but thanks to Mankiewicz’s company culture. “Here, you’re not seen as a woman or a man – you’re simply seen as a person,” she explains. This openness and appreciation are what make Mankiewicz a truly special employer in her eyes.

After successfully completing her apprenticeship in 2022, Adde has become a valued member of the team. What she particularly appreciates about her work is the variety of tasks and the opportunity to travel regularly. These experiences help her grow both professionally and personally. And she’s never on her own – her team at Mankiewicz is always there to support her.
