My path to becoming an industrial foreman
Our colleague Massiullah started his training with us in 2013 as a process mechanic for coating technology. Today, he has successfully arrived in his dream job as an application engineer and industrial foreman.
"After graduating from high school, I started studying civil engineering and after some time I became aware of the training as a process mechanic for coating technology at Mankiewicz. The studies were a bit too one-sided and theoretical for me. The apprenticeship, on the other hand, was completely different: at the Mankiewicz Technology and Training Center, I put the content from vocational school directly into practice and got to know various industrial sectors. After graduation, I started as an application engineer in the aviation team and have since been involved in a lot of exciting projects. Among other things, I work with well-known customers and also support them internationally in technical matters. Last year, I realized that I would like to continue my professional and personal development in order to take on even more responsibility in the future and advance processes. I decided to take the advanced training course to become an industrial foreman in paint and have just successfully completed it. Thanks again to everyone who supported me along the way."
