Mankiewicz Academy
Whether trainee, young professional or manager - you never stop learning. Training programs and talent management are combined in our Mankiewicz Academy. With internal and external training courses, conferences and workshops, the personal and professional development of our employees is promoted.
An individual training program is compiled from numerous subject areas such as knowledge of coating technology, IT, language, intercultural, methodological and leadership skills. An important part of our corporate philosophy is the mutual exchange of know-how.
